Jimmy Butler is a professional basketball player who currently plays for the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was born on September 14, 1989, in Houston, Texas. Butler played college basketball at Tyler Junior College and Marquette University before being selected with the 30th overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft by the Chicago Bulls. Since then, he has also played for the Minnesota Timberwolves, Philadelphia 76ers, and Miami Heat, and has been named an NBA All-Star five times. Butler is known for his strong defensive skills and his ability to score and make plays for his teammates. In 2022 he is 33 years old.
